Wilderness Program

The BridgeMont experience features small group expeditions into the greatest classroom of all, the outdoors, to impact lives of young men and women. Those with a heart for adventure are guided through experiences that will include wilderness skills development, leadership opportunities, scripture studies, and problem solving situations. This experience will foster an increased discipline of life and character, bringing a greater understanding of who they are and an up-close look at the wonders and stewardship of God's creation.

Programs may include a combination of backpacking, first aid, map & compass skills, rafting, canoeing, climbing, mountain biking, solos, community service and personal challenge events.

Trips include travel in the following areas: Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pisgah, Cherokee & Nantahala National Forests, Nantahala, Hiawassee, Ocoee and French Broad Rivers.
