Interns will have the chance to learn, work, and live at BridgeMont Camp. Many work options are open to our interns, including facilities management, guest relations, social media, administration, activities planning, and more. 

Camp counselors live, explore, grow, learn, and have fun with the campers at BridgeMont. You will be responsible for leading or supporting devotional times, directing planned activities and cabin time, keeping the campers safe, and communicating positively with campers and fellow counselors. 

We are looking for kitchen staff who love to work in a family-oriented environment and are interested in preparing and serving meals for large groups.

The Kitchen staff are also responsible for kitchen clean up, food management, and maintaining clean and healthy conditions in the kitchen.
